Pivot is attending ISE 2018 and is available to support your tradeshow team. To ensure the best possible PR coverage at shows, Pivot will work with your team prior to the show to set booth appointments with editors and industry influencers as well as identify and submit for awards. We have created two options for tradeshow support. However, we can build custom solutions to meet your specific needs. Just let us know how we can help.

ISE Support Option 1

Pre-Show Activities

  • Set appointments with editors & influencers
  • Coordinate media kit deliverables, provide to press list
  • Create and maintain master appointment schedule and share with all client designated representatives
  • Write pitches to gain at-show and post-show coverage (1-2)

At-Show Activities

  • Coordinate/follow up on editor appointments at show
  • Bring editors to booth
  • Provide media kit files as needed
  • Manage appointments, move appointments to another sales rep as needed
  • Identify and help client take advantage of any at-show publicity opportunities that arise
  • Write articles/blogs for pubs for press at show (1)
  • Provide photos and links to client social team
  • Pitch for inclusion in wrap-up coverage

Post-Show Activities

  • Create a Wins Report to help measure impact of show publicity
  • Provide list of follow up items for client to manage (editorial opportunities, etc.)

ISE Support Option 2

Pre-Show Activities

  • Set appointments with editors & influencers
  • Develop and execute email campaign with 2-3 touches to promote media kit and booth appointments
  • Create landing page for media kit.
  • Create thank you page that can include new product videos or other materials
  • Work with client to simplify appointment sign up and master calendar
  • Promote press conference and registrations 
  • Create and maintain master appointment schedule and share with all client designated representatives
  • Write pitches to gain at-show and post-show coverage (2)

At-Show Activities

  • Coordinate/follow up on editor appointments at show
  • Bring editors to booth
  • Provide media kit files as needed
  • Manage appointments, move appointments to another sales rep as needed
  • Identify and help client take advantage of any at-show publicity opportunities that arise
  • Write articles/blogs at show (1)
  • Provide photos and links to client social team
  • Pitch for inclusion in wrap-up coverage
  • Live social posting from the show 3-4 tweets/posts per day with images

Post-Show Activities

  • Create a Social Reach report to measure impact of social media
  • Create a Wins Report to help measure impact of show publicity
  • Provide list of follow up items for client to manage (editorial opportunities, etc.)

Additional Services

Award Submission

  • Write award submission following the media site guidelines (2 rounds of review and revision)
  • Coordinate submission of required materials (images, logos, etc.)

Media Kit Development

  • Corporate one-sheet
  • Case study

Press Release Writing

  • Write press release (2 rounds of review and revision)
  • Submit to industry wire services. Include videos, images, logo, links.
