Questions About Working Together

No. Discovery calls, technical assessments, AI readiness reviews, and workflow audits are free. We only charge when we start actual implementation work.

The exception: If you want a detailed technical specification document without committing to implementation, we charge $750 for the assessment (which converts to credit if you proceed).

Yes. We work with clients globally. Most communication happens via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams, with scheduled video calls for kickoffs, demos, and training. Time zone differences have never been a problem.

We work with companies from 5 to 500+ employees. Our sweet spot is mid-sized companies ($5M-$100M revenue) with technical challenges that standard HubSpot agencies can't solve.

If you're a small business with a straightforward need, we'll tell you honestly — and often recommend a more cost-effective solution or a different partner better suited to your situation.
