CRM Consolidation · From $10,000

One CRM. One version of the truth.

Two HubSpot accounts after an acquisition, HubSpot beside Salesforce, or customers spread across spreadsheets. We bring it into one HubSpot, clean the data before it moves and check every count before your team switches over.

Where you're starting

Three ways companies end up with too many CRMs.

Two or more HubSpot accounts

After an acquisition, or when divisions and regions each set up their own. The same customers, set up two different ways.

Salesforce or another CRM

Moving to HubSpot from Salesforce or another CRM, sometimes with both running side by side for years.

Spreadsheets and inboxes

Customer data spread across spreadsheets, email and old tools, with nobody sure which list is right.

What goes wrong

Most consolidations move the mess, faster.

A consolidation is the one chance to start clean. Rushed, it copies every duplicate and broken field into the new system and loses the history people rely on.

Duplicates, doubled

The same customer in both systems becomes two records, and every report counts them twice.

History left behind

Emails, notes and deal history that didn't come across, so reps start over with customers they've known for years.

Fields that don't line up

Two “Industry” fields with different values, and nobody decided which one wins.

Automations that collide

Workflows from both sides firing on the same records, sending the wrong emails and changing owners.

Integrations that break

ERP, billing and field systems still pointed at the old CRM on the day it's switched off.

A team that won't switch

People keep working in the old system because the new one doesn't match how they sell.

How it works

Clean first. Move in waves. Count everything.

  1. Audit every sideRecords, fields, duplicates, automations and integrations in each system, with counts. Merge Steward finds the duplicates and what's creating them.
  2. Design the one CRMThe data model, field map and rules for which system wins each field, reviewed with every team.
  3. Clean before movingDuplicates merged, values standardized and dead records archived, so only good data moves.
  4. Move in wavesA test sample first, then everything, with record counts checked between systems after each wave.
  5. Cut over and retireIntegrations and automations switched over and tested, teams trained, and the old system kept read-only until you're sure.
Our rules

What we never do.

Move duplicates

We merge and clean before anything moves, so the new CRM starts with one record per customer.

Lose history quietly

If something can’t move, you hear what and why before the move, not after.

Switch off too soon

The old system stays read-only until record counts match and your team signs off.

Real builds

How long does a Salesforce to HubSpot migration take?

Most take 6–12 weeks, depending on how much data you have and how many custom objects and integrations come with it. Your Blueprint ends with a timeline and one fixed price.

What moves from Salesforce?

Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, custom objects, owners and the activity history behind them: emails, calls, meetings, notes and tasks, still tied to the right records.

What doesn’t move as is?

Apex code, Flows and validation rules don’t transfer. We rebuild the ones you still need as HubSpot workflows, properties and custom code, and retire the rest. Reports and dashboards are rebuilt on the new data model.

Can sales keep working during the move?

Yes. Both systems run side by side while we test, compare record counts and spot-check deals. Then we cut over on a date you pick, and Salesforce stays read-only afterwards.

Marketing is on HubSpot and sales is on Salesforce. Where do we start?

With the sync, because it’s usually part of the problem. We’ve untangled a setup where more than 40 workflows were fighting over lifecycle stage. Then we either move sales across or keep the sync healthy if Salesforce stays.

How the Blueprint works
Straight answers

What you'll want to know.

Can't HubSpot just merge our two accounts?

No. HubSpot can't combine two accounts into one. The records, history and settings have to be moved from one to the other, and that's the work we do.

Which account survives?

Usually the one with the most history, integrations and users, but it's a decision we make together in the Blueprint, based on what's in each.

Will we lose emails, notes and deal history?

We plan to move all of it. Where something can't come across from the old system, we tell you what and why before the move, not after.

Will our team be without a CRM?

No. Teams keep working in the old system while we test, and we plan the cutover date with you. The old system stays read-only afterwards so nothing is lost.

What about our integrations?

Each one is switched to the new CRM and tested before cutover. See Integrations.

How long does it take?

It depends on the systems, the records and the history you keep. Your Blueprint ends with a timeline and one fixed price.

Start clean.

Fifteen minutes on what you're combining. You'll leave knowing the biggest risk in your move.
