Two systems, two versions of the truth.
Reports don't match finance.
Deal amounts in HubSpot and invoices in the ERP never line up, so nobody trusts either.
The sync breaks quietly.
A connector fails at 2am, and you find out weeks later from a wrong forecast.
Duplicates on every import.
Records created in two places with no shared ID, so every sync makes more of them.
Zapier is holding it together.
A chain of zaps nobody documented, with limits you keep hitting.
The systems your revenue runs through.
ERP and accounting
NetSuite, QuickBooks and other ERPs: quotes, orders, invoices, inventory and true cost on every deal.
Field service and industry systems
ServiceTitan and similar platforms: jobs, technicians, equipment and warranties on the HubSpot record.
Lending and finance platforms
Origination, credit decisioning and servicing systems feeding one HubSpot data model.
Your own data
Custom objects, fuzzy matching and custom APIs for assets, sites, plants and anything else you track.
Marketplace apps
Standard connectors for calling, messaging, time tracking and more, set up and mapped properly.
E-commerce
Shopify orders, customers and products on the HubSpot record, so marketing, sales and service see what every customer bought.
Not what we do: full ERP implementations. We connect your ERP to HubSpot; your ERP partner runs the ERP.
The right path depends on the integration.
- Standard connectorA marketplace app with a native HubSpot connector. We install it, map the fields and test it. Admin subscription clients use points; otherwise it's a fixed quote.
- Custom integrationERP, custom objects, two-way sync or middleware. It starts with a $2,500 Project Blueprint, credited toward the build, then a fixed-price build.
- After go-liveOur monitors watch sync errors and data integrity every day through the Admin Subscription or Self-Run, so a break gets fixed before it reaches a report.
Which path fits your integration?
Answer the three questions. You'll get:
- Standard connector or custom build
- How it's priced
- What happens after go-live
We design it before anyone writes code.
Most integrations fail on the data model, not the code. The Blueprint settles it first, and you keep everything even if you build with someone else.
Field map
Every object and property in both systems, which one owns it, and how they match.
Sync design
Direction, triggers, frequency, error handling, and whether it's a native connector, Data Hub or a custom API.
Data cleanup plan
The duplicates and gaps to fix before the first sync, so bad data doesn't spread.
Fixed-price proposal
Scope, timeline and one price for the build, with the Blueprint fee credited.
Monitoring plan
What we'll watch after go-live, and the alerts you'll get if something drifts.
Your other systems, right on the HubSpot record.
Some data shouldn’t be copied into HubSpot, just shown there. We build custom cards for the HubSpot record, so your team sees live data from other systems and acts on it without switching tabs.
Support tickets
Open tickets, priority and recent activity from Zendesk or Freshdesk, on the contact before the sales call.
Project status
Tasks, blockers and deadlines from ClickUp or Monday.com, on the deal or company.
Invoices and credit
Open invoices, payment history and credit limits from QuickBooks or NetSuite, on the company.
Inventory and equipment
Stock and lead times from your ERP, or maintenance and warranty status from field service software.
Action buttons
“Schedule a service call” or “Create an invoice”: one click starts the work in the other system.
Summaries of your custom objects
Sites, plants or assets rolled up on the company.
Built as a HubSpot app on HubSpot’s developer platform, installed in your portal, with access only to the records and systems it needs.
We build inside HubSpot, too.
Not every project connects to another system. Some need HubSpot itself to do more: workflows that run your own code, quotes that build themselves, emails that change for every reader, and pages and portals built from your data.
Custom-coded workflow actions
Code steps inside a workflow for what standard actions can’t do: call another system, calculate, clean or reformat data, or route records by your own rules.
Custom quote templates
Quotes that do the work. One we built splits a quote automatically, pulls costs based on who receives it, and turns the accepted quote into a purchase order.
Programmable emails
One email that fills itself in for each reader from CRM records, custom objects or HubDB, so every contact sees their own orders, renewals or recommendations.
Dynamic pages
Hundreds of pages from one template, fed by HubDB or CRM records: locations, products, team pages or a client portal. Update the data and the pages follow.
Custom email templates
Built to your brand, tested in Outlook, Gmail and on phones, with drag-and-drop areas so marketing can edit without breaking the layout.
Custom modules
Reusable blocks such as pricing tables, comparison grids and calculators. Your team fills in the fields; the design stays on brand.
Themes
A full HubSpot theme, so every new page starts on brand. This site runs on one we built.
Customer portal
A branded place where customers log in, see and reply to their tickets, and find answers in your knowledge base.
Memberships
Private pages only approved contacts can see, controlled by lists: partner resources, client libraries or gated training.
Tell us what you want HubSpot to do.
We’ll tell you if your tier supports it and how we’d build it. Tier requirements are HubSpot’s and can change, so we confirm what your portal supports before we quote.
Integrations we've shipped.
We describe clients by what they do and keep their names private.
A NetSuite sync that stopped corrupting deals
Fixed the sync, then built a 4-stage pipeline with automated quote-to-deal mapping, approvals and live inventory from NetSuite.
A two-way NetSuite sync in a 2-week sprint
A custom API integration mapping 30+ properties, with error handling, automatic retries and support for multiple subsidiaries.
ServiceTitan jobs in HubSpot in real time
A custom API replaced a limited Zapier setup, syncing job completions, technician notes, equipment and warranty records, and saving 8 hours a week of manual updates.
Three systems, one data model
Origination, credit decisioning and servicing feeding one HubSpot data model, with 40+ conflicting workflows untangled.
94% match rate across 2,860 systems
Four custom objects plus a 56-property warranty object, with fuzzy matching to tie installers, plants and assets together.
Custom integrations need a home. We run it.
A custom integration is code that runs every day. We host it, watch it and update it when the systems on either side change, for a flat monthly fee. Native connectors don’t need this.

You own the code.
Every custom build comes with the full source code, architecture notes, deployment steps and an admin guide. Prefer to host it yourself on AWS, Google Cloud or Vercel? You can, and we’re available if you need help.
Built for data you can’t afford to leak.
Integrations move customer and financial data between systems, so every build follows the same rules, whatever it connects.
Credentials stay secret
OAuth or encrypted API keys, stored in a secrets manager and never written into the code.
Encrypted everywhere
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on every system it passes through.
Every transfer logged
Audit logs show what moved, when and where, so you can answer any question about your data.
Only the access it needs
Each integration can reach only the objects and fields it uses, nothing more.
SOC 2 hosting
We host on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure: AWS, Cloudflare Workers, Google Cloud or Vercel.
A way back
Changes are documented and every launch has a tested rollback plan before anything touches production.
What you'll want to know.
Why pay for a Blueprint instead of a free quote?
Because a free quote on an integration is a guess. The Blueprint is real design work, and the fee is credited toward the build. If you build with someone else, you keep the field map and sync design.
Is an integration part of the Admin Subscription?
Setting up a standard marketplace app uses your points. Custom integrations are separate fixed-price projects. Once live, custom code runs on our hosting and maintenance, from $100 a month, and the Admin Subscription’s daily checks watch the data it syncs.
Who owns the code?
You do. Every custom build comes with the source code, architecture notes, deployment steps and an admin guide. You can host it yourself or move it to another partner at any time.
How do you handle sensitive data?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, credentials kept in a secrets manager, every transfer logged, and each integration limited to the fields it needs. For regulated data, HubSpot’s sensitive data features on Enterprise add another layer. How we secure integrations →
Do you use Zapier or build custom?
Whatever fits. A native connector or HubSpot Data Hub comes first when it does the job; we build a custom API when it doesn't. The Blueprint decides it, based on volume, direction and how critical the data is.
What happens when the other system changes?
Our monitors flag sync errors and data drift every day. Under the Admin Subscription or Self-Run, we catch it and fix it, usually before you notice.
Do you implement NetSuite or other ERPs?
No. We connect them to HubSpot and work alongside your ERP partner.
