Cleanup fixes the records. It doesn't fix the cause.
Most data projects clean up once and watch the mess come back. The agents do the cleanup work too, but their real job is finding the system, sync or form that keeps creating it.
“Offline sources”
Half your deals say they came from nowhere, so marketing can't prove what it drives.
Duplicates keep coming back
You merge them, and an integration or import creates them again next month.
Look-alikes merged by mistake
Two different businesses with the same name, merged into one record, and their history lost.
AI answers you can't check
A tool says the source is “paid search” and you have to take its word for it.
Two agents working today. A third is next.
They run inside HubSpot through your Breeze agents. Pivot sets them up for you.
Attribution Detective
Works out where a company or deal really came from. First touch wins, explicit signals like form fills, ad clicks and named imports beat guesses, and the answer is always one of your own lead-source values.
Merge Steward
Decides whether two records are the same person or business, which one should survive, and how the duplicate was created. The fix for the cause is the most important line it writes.
Ticket Miner
Reads your support tickets for the questions customers keep asking, so you know what to fix, document or write about. In development; not in any plan yet.

Pick a question. Each answer below is a real verdict format with sample records, not client data.
Pick a question. You'll get:
- The answer and how sure the agent is
- The evidence from the CRM
- For duplicates, the cause and the fix

- Install the appA HubSpot app with read-only access to your CRM. Nothing in your portal is changed. What it can read
- We set up your agentsPivot connects the agents to your Breeze agents and your lead-source list, so answers use your own values.
- Agents check recordsEach check gathers the evidence from your CRM: history, contacts, form fills, ad clicks and how each record was created.
- You get a verdictThe answer, how sure the agent is, the evidence it used, and for duplicates, the cause and how to stop it.
Built to be checked, not trusted.
These rules are part of the agents, not settings someone can switch off.
Read-only
The app can read contacts, companies and deals. It can’t edit, merge or delete anything.
Cites your data
Every piece of evidence points to a real property, contact or date in your CRM. The agents are told never to invent evidence.
Says when it’s unsure
Every verdict is rated high, medium or low. Low answers are checked again with a stronger model.
Keeps look-alikes apart
Two records with different real emails or websites are never merged, whatever their names say.
Survivor by score, not opinion
Which record survives a merge comes from a fixed score: activity, associations, notes and how complete it is.
Always names the cause
Each duplicate comes with the sync, import or form that created it, and the specific change that stops it.
From $149 a month. Included with admin.
Every plan gets both agents and Pivot's setup. Plans differ only by how many checks you run each month: 500, 2,000 or 5,000. One check is one record's source or one pair of possible duplicates.

What the app can read, and why.
It asks only for read permissions, and each one powers a specific check. If your HubSpot tier doesn't include one, that check shows "Not checked" and never counts against you.
| It reads | To check |
|---|---|
| Contacts | Duplicate contacts, missing lead source, contacts never followed up, overdue tasks |
| Companies | Duplicate companies, companies with no owner |
| Deals | Deals past their close date, stale deals, deals with no amount, owner or activity |
| Contact and company properties | Unused properties, and matching your own lead-source list |
| Owners, users and teams | Records with no owner or a departed owner, seat count, users not on a team |
| Workflows | Workflows turned off or not updated in a year |
| Tickets | Whether Service Hub is in use |
| Custom objects | Your data model |
| Quotes and line items | Expired quotes, deals with no products |
| Leads | Leads left unworked for more than 14 days |
| Subscription types | Whether email subscription types are set up |
| Domains | Connected domains, primary domain and SSL |
| Knowledge base | Article count and freshness, which feeds the Customer Agent |
It never creates, edits, merges or deletes anything, never reads email content, and never asks for sensitive-data permissions. Workflows use HubSpot's automation permission, which has no read-only version; the app only reads. During early access, HubSpot shows an "unverified app" notice until the app is listed in the HubSpot Marketplace. To remove the app, go to Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Uninstall.
What you'll want to know.
Will it change our data?
No. The app only has read access. The agents recommend; you, your admin or Pivot make the change.
What if the agent isn't sure?
It says so. Every verdict is rated high, medium or low. When it's low, the agent checks again with a stronger model, and if it's still unsure, it tells you that rather than guessing.
Will it merge two different companies?
No. When both records have their own real email or website, it keeps them separate and tells you the matching rule that paired them.
What happens when we reach our monthly checks?
Checks pause until the next month starts, or you can move up a plan. There are no overage charges.
Can anyone install it?
Not yet. We're adding accounts one at a time while we set up each one's agents. Ask for access and we'll book your setup.
Do we need an admin subscription?
No. You can subscribe on its own. With an admin subscription it's included, and we act on the findings for you.
